"Wir fragen eine Krankenpflegerin, welche Rolle riechen und schmecken in der Pflege spielt. Sie klatscht in die Hände und ruft: „Darüber könnte ich ein ganzes Buch schreiben!” Sie listet uns Gerüche auf und führt uns an ihrer Nase herum.

Wir, das sind die Künstlerinnen Hannah Liya und Sophia Sadžakov, wollen euch eng an unseren Nasen und Zungen durch die Zusammenhänge des vergangenen Wein- und Pflegejahrs 2025 führen. Beim gemeinsamen Schmecken und Riechen trainieren wir zentrale Instrumente der Pflege. Wir haben nämlich auch einen Pflegeauftrag zu erfüllen: Wir pflegen die terrassierte weinbauliche Landschaft entlang des Neckars bei Ludwigsburg-Hoheneck. Die Weine verstehen wir dabei als Zeugnisse, die der Wein uns über unsere Landschaftspflege ausstellt.

Als letzten Teil der Verkostungs-Übungen wird jede*r eine eigene Mikro-Cuvée mischen."
